Refund/Return Policy on Engraved items:

Mistakes happen.

We want you and your client to love your gift! We engrave exactly what you give us on the order form, so please be sure to verify spelling, grammar and all pertinent information prior to placing your order. Doing so will assure that your client receives the correctly engraved gift.

If, despite all of the proofing, an error is made, please let us know ASAP so we can fix it (it can be done, but it envolves a lot of sanding). The important thing to us is that your client gets the perfect gift!
